## Authorized Use
Users may access only the institution, campus, student, guardian, staff, and workflow records their role authorizes.
## Bespoke Setup
Institution-specific setup, support, modules, imports, reports, integrations, and mobile workflows may be governed by a separate written agreement.
## Account Closure
Request permanent account deletion at https://www.campusneev.com/account-deletion. Account closure does not automatically erase institution-controlled records that must be retained.
